This stunning rural property in Karuah NSW combines a large family home with a huge outdoor entertaining area. The owners chose insulbond over the main are to give shade, and glass in the sloping roof mansard so that natural light to the windows would not be diminished. As an added feature the roof over the BBQ is retractable at the press of a button.
The pool area was enclosed with an aluminum frame and screen structure. Prior to choosing Suncoast Enclosures , the outdoor area was rarely used due to full exposure to the elements , strong winds as well as Ducks claiming the pool and making a terrible mess. This project is one of the finest examples of outdoor living.
